Key Responsibilities:
Develop property management business plan in line with approved JRE strategic directions as well as provides it for the higher authority approval.
Ensure identification of potential customers for property management services. Is responsible for maintaining and increasing Property management services market share, in line with the approved JRE strategic directions and business plan.
Maintain relationship with existing property management customers to build their loyalty and ensure high level customer satisfaction.
Structure property management function as well as development/ enhancement of processes and procedures to ensure that client obligations are met to the full extent.
Resolve any internal issues within JRE, impeding effective operations of Property management team.
Ensure development of partnership model with external service providers, to ensure capability to deliver increased scope of 3rd party contracts within optimal costs.
Manage external service providers to ensure they operate under agreed terms and conditions as well as to guarantee high level service delivery to the assigned customers.
As a part of Management team, is responsible for provision of feedback on key JRE development activities as well as initiates projects directed towards increasing efficiency of JRE operations.
Prepare yearly property management budgets as well as ensures the budget is being followed.
Prepare reports on property management activities as well as submits them to the board and/ or the customers to report on property management results.
Manage employees under supervision to ensure they possess the skills and knowledge required for quality works. Ensures their efforts are directed towards set goals achievement as well as builds and maintains high level of employee engagement
المهارات
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any relevant courses
Any property management certificates (Preferred but not Required)
Others:
Available locally in Doha with valid RP and NOC to transfer sponsorship
3-5 years of experience in Real Estate with in-depth knowledge in Qatari market
With valid driving license in Qatar
