JOB PURPOSE:To Perform the Operation, Maintenance, Trouble shooting and repairing activity of the Electrical equipment’s in the facilities management project and casual jobs.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Hands on experience in operation and maintenance of the Electrical equipment’s mainly in HVAC control panels, VFD panels, LV,SMDB,DB,EMBD,EDB,Busbars and capacitor bank Panels.
Hands on experience in repairing and fault rectification of all kind of control panels, circuit breakers, lighting control systems, VFD panels.
Need experience in the installation of control panels, circuit breakers, modification of controls, conducting, wiring, testing and commissioning.
Carry out minor electrical maintenance work, such as repair or replacement of fixtures, including wall switches and outlets, ballast, incandescent and fluorescent tubes and bulbs, fuses, sockets, and repairs etc., by applying the right tools
Knowledge in reading electrical drawings, Circuit diagrams, DB schedules and blue prints and very good experience of using all kind of test instruments
Carry out minor electrical maintenance work, such as repair or replacement of fixtures, including wall switches and outlets, ballast, incandescent and fluorescent tubes and bulbs, fuses, sockets, and repairs etc., by applying the right tools.
Good Experience in HVAC maintenance project and Knowledge in HVAC systems.
المهارات
Geographical Experience: ITI or Diploma with good knowledge in Electrical installation, Maintenance and Trouble shooting.
Industry Experience: 8 years out of which 5 years’ experience in the Middle East.
