Adept tech is a professional company in the field of CCTV security systems, structured cabling, Access control and other ELV sectors, based in Doha, Qatar. Currently we have an opening for “HR manager” in executive level. The candidate need to maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Candidates need to be experience in all HR Functions:
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
Serving as a strategic partner to management by integrating HR strategies into the organization’s overall mission and operational strategy.
Bachelor Degree in Business administration or any related field.
Excellent communication skills.
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries
Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
Update internal databases with new hire information
Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information;
Manage daily administrative operations of the office and assist all units in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations.
Maintain comprehensive information of vehicles including necessary documentation relating to ownership and registration, ensuring that all vehicles are insured and service schedules adhered to;
Make sure company vehicles are utilized properly by monitoring fuel expenses and repair and maintenance cost by coordinate with company drivers.
Arrange for any maintenance work that needs to be carried out in the office.
