The Customer Service Representative is a Front-of-House Role which mainly entails assisting guests on the floor in the entertainment parks. He/she is responsible for answering all guest questions / requests in a friendly and caring manner, takes appropriate actions or if needed, refers the matters to the relevant persons to handle. It may be providing information or assistance or handling a complaint, etc.
