We need Online Customer Service Representative who can join IMMEDIATELY and who will typically respond to customers via call, e-mail, and online chats.

To be a successful Representative, you must be customer-focused, detailed, efficient, knowledgeable, adaptable, and skilled in Online SALES.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Diploma or equivalent

• Exceptional customer service, active listening, good verbal, and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.

• Understanding of company products, services, and policies.

• Proficiency with computers, especially with computer software, programs, data entry skills, and inventory skills.

• Strong time management and decision-making skills
