Creating job postings on internal/external websites and newspapers.
Assist in recruitment, sourcing, screening and filtering candidates’ profiles, arranging and conducting interviews.
Developing and updating job descriptions.
Preparing employment job offers.
Preparing appointment letters, mobilization of shortlisted candidates and conducting induction and onboarding of new employees.
Maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and finalizing the payroll for all employees.
Providing the final data for WPS transfer every pay period.
Answering employee questions about wages, deductions, and attendance and time records.
Calculating end-of-service benefits and arranging for the demobilization of employees.
Updating ERP System
Preparing employees’ letters and certificates as requested.
Maintaining and updating employee records and files.
Maintaining and updating HR Information System.
Follow up on employees’ leave charts and leave details.
Coordinating with PRO department for employees transfer of sponsorship and visa requirements
Coordinating for all exit procedures of employers.
المهارات
University Graduate.
Minimum 10 years of related experience.
Excellent communications and report writing skills in the English language.
Well ad versant with Computer especially Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP Package
