Department: IT Departement
Position Reporting to: Sr. IT Support & Helpdesk Lead
Key Accountabilities:
Understand basic IT processes and procedures
Provide information by answering questions and requests from users and to channel them to the appropriate person when deemed necessary
Assist in completing requests for Password Resets, Global Address updates, and in keeping track of new and existing IT Assets
Assist in receiving and checking of printer supply deliveries Provide administrative support to the IT Support and Services Team or the department when required
Provide factual information and advise TPQ Owners and Tenants of various IPTV services and options
Coordinate with all parties including but not limited to ittisal, service providers and Asset Management to ensure IPTV service contract deliverables are met
Perform other duties assigned by direct supervisor to ensure that the flow of work is continuous and adequate relief is provided.

Educational Qualifications
University Degree
Experience
Previous Helpdesk (telephone support) experience
Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
Basic knowledge of fundamental IT Operations
Experience working in a multicultural environment
Behavioral Competencies
Excellent telephone manner and customer service orientation
The ability to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner
Technical Competencies
Basic knowledge of current technology
Good English and Arabic Communication Skills
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Promotes a professional Helpdesk image and
sells the value of the Helpdesk System
Attention to detail.
