Logistics Executive

الوصف الوظيفي
· Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests

· Coordinating with 3PL/freight forwarders/Carriers/Internal Sales and Product team for inbound/outbound shipments

· Receiving and Invoicing stock in ERP in coordination with 3PL

· Track orders to ensure timely deliveries

· Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, packing list and bills of lading)

· Maintaining inbound and outbound records for audit purposes

· Timely claim of damage/return from vendor/insurance company.

· Physical Inventory tallying and corrective actions at regular intervals in coordination with the warehouse.

· Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize the quality of delivery

المهارات
University degree in Supply chain management, Logistics or another relevant business field
Work experience as a Logistics Executive, Warehouse Administrator, or similar role
Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
Basic accounting knowledge
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills
