Interact with Principals Offices/Pricing for securing best rates for the Customers.
Preparing/Maintaining monthly secured shipment reports & submitting to senior Managers.
Negotiate rate structures, including consolidation lanes, capacity, and customer programs.
Present finding to principals.
Waiver and discounts follow up and closing.
Track and log shipment information in the system.
Responsible to securing booking confirmation from vendors.
Following up on shipments with sales, customers, and vendors.
Opening job cards with complete details.
Process flow execution and monitoring.
Customer liaison, feedback, and reporting.
Service failure should be communicated to the manager and to the customer within the same day.
CS will be the key contact and responsible for retention of the customer.
المهارات
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 4 years experience in the same field (Shipping/Marine Services/Logistics)
Customer service skills, competency in using customer service tools,
Patience, Attentiveness, Clear communication skills, Time management skills.
