الوصف الوظيفي - Receive orders from customers and manage them in line with company policy and systems, ensuring a quality of service by answering telephone calls, emails or any other way of communication. - Work collaboratively with other departments for dispute resolution. - Establish close relationships with customers and commercial partners to gain their trust. - Develop solid product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers - Work as part of a team, with a flexible & proactive approach to increase and maintain the quality of service. - Raise quotations for customers as requested and in line with Company Policy, as applicable. - Drive data analysis weekly for all customers and report it to the direct manager - Responsible for timely, accurate and complete record keeping - Follow up with customers - Create a local database for each client - Send promptly any complaint about cleaners/services to the HR Manager. المهارات - BS in business management or any related field. - Fluent in English and Arabic (a must) - Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/customer-service-representative-4490320/ |
