الوصف الوظيفي The Cx KAM is accountable for the business with Target key customer(s). 3 Main responsibilities: 1.Customer Strategy: -Customer knowledge; conduct customer assessment (turnover, evolution, number of POS, ...) -Transform the brand & channel strategy into customer strategy by defining action plan per customer (objectives, NPL, assortment, promotion, merchandising, pricing, distribution) -Typically manages the multi-level head office relationships with the customer. -Building long-term strategic relationships. -Go beyond the numbers to find the real insight that will grow your brands with customers. -Map key stakeholders (internal & external) 2.Financial Management: -Deliver sales goals and targets -Developing & executing annual customer plans -Ability to have strong Forecasting Accuracy; prepare sales forecast by customer according to action plans. -Responsibility for tight budget controls. 3.Planning & Execution -Developing & Executing annual customer plans at store level -Identifies business opportunities between different customer segments -Maintain the relationship with customers through the year Others: -Realizing the sales targets within specific customers -Generating of prospects and extension of current relations to increase distribution and market share of our Over the counter brands -Be accountable for al aspects of the sales, from pricing negotiations to contract development to ensuring successful order fulfilment once the order has been received and processed. -Responsible for account plans, including price strategy and sales promotions as well as marketing activities. المهارات University degree in Business Management/or Equivalent Languages: Must be fluent in English and Arabic. Especially Business English (written and spoken). Experience: Proven commercial and account management experience (minimum 5 years), within the local Over the counter and Cosmetic market.
