Project Controls Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
This person shall be responsible for reviewing project specifications and making sure that the material and cost estimates are in line with best practices. In addition this person shall monitor performance/contractual KPIs to identify any deviations as well as review the deliverables across projects to minimse risk.

Key Responsibilities include:

Reviews/delivers technical project control requirements on planning, programming, commercial, risk and delivery matters;
Analyse project specifications and review material and cost estimates. Recommend cost effective ways of delivering the project;
Understanding and meeting all contract requirements;
Reviews and provides inputs on project control systems which measure the progress / performance, provide early warning of deviations from plan;
Monitors performance / contractual KPIs to proactively identify downward trends and improvement opportunities;
Reviews deliverables across projects, minimises exposure and risk;
Prepares regular progress reports for internal and external stakeholders;
Provides support to the team where required on project control matters; and
Provides regular progress reports.
