Job responsibilities:

· Manage all aspects and daily activities within the garage.

· Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are actively followed and maintained at a high

level

· Manage the operational aspects of the facility to drive improvement in service delivery

· Oversee the management of the team ensuring regular and clear communication is in place

· Ensure all the necessary equipment, resources and systems are in place.

· Plan, organise, direct and co-ordinate the day-to-day running of garages and specialist vehicle

maintenance and repair establishments.

· Monitor the performance and potential of the team and provide the direction, training and motivation

necessary to secure their optimum commitment, competency and maximum efficiency
