Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Service Desk Agent Providing technical support often involves juggling multiple tasks at once, and Service desk agents should be skilled multitaskerstroubleshoot any problem that comes their way. This requires asking good questions and actively listening in order to determine the real problem the customer is facing.
المهارات
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field 3+ years as Service Desk Agent. Extensive troubleshooting knowledge and hands on experience in the following :Microsoft Windows client OS environment (Windows 7, Windows 8 etc.)Microsoft Office Applications Should be able to troubleshoot any problem that comes their way. This requires asking good questions and actively listening in order to determine the real problem the customer is facing.
