الوصف الوظيفي An individual who is organized, a team player, ability to multitask, work independently, excellent time management, knowledge of health and safety standards, motivated to go above and beyond health & safety standards. 1. Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitization of through manual and machine cleaning method. 2. Scraping, rinsing, and loading dishes and utensils into dishwasher. 3. Washing and sanitizing all pans, utensils, and dishes and dish machine. 4. Unloading dishes and utensils from dish machine and organizing them properly. 5. Emptying trash containers regularly and move to the proper bins. 6. Maintaining a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping as needed. 7. Performing additional cleaning duties as requested. 8. Organizing work area to create greatest efficiency and keeping work area organized and clean while. 9. Exceeding personal hygiene, health and safety guidelines and procedures, safe food handling, and sanitation practices standards. 10. Ability to follow direction from managers/supervisors while being a team player. 11. Maintenance of work area throughout shift and preparation for shift turnover. 12.
