الوصف الوظيفي Job Description · Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation · Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off · Interaction with employee queries · Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities · Coordinate HR department meetings, and training seminars & interviews · Support the management by screening, testing, and interviewing applicants · Generate employment paperwork including all hiring, change of status and exit procedure. · Prepare work contracts and adjusts terms and conditions if required · Process the monthly payroll by providing relevant data, maintaining, updating the monthly attendance sheet, and preparing the WPS file in coordination with Finance department · Prepare documentation for HR policies and procedures · Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information · Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications · Coordinate business travel requirement with the Commercial Manager · Book vacation and leavers’ tickets for the employees · Maintain employee records, filing select paperwork and serving as backup support for routine filing. · Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies · Support the immigration function in the absence of the PRO · Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues · Oversee daily operations of the HR department المهارات Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role Fluency in English تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/hr-executive-4552731/?from_job_search=/ar/jobs/?filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B0%5D=ae&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B1%5D=kw&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B2%5D=qa&filters%5Bjb_location_country_iso%5D%5B3%5D=sa&jobId=4542088&options%5Bjb_is_external_job%5D%5B0%5D=1 |
