Achieve sales targets, with focus on quality acquisition, for post-paid/pre-paid, Fixed broadband and other allied services
Ensuring that the given sales targets are achieved through SA channel partners
Ensuring that channel partners maintain required sales workforce to achieve the targets
Managing & developing the sales executives
Active engagement in recruitment of SA sales workforce
Conducting periodic training & providing regular updates as per channel broadcast
Supervising sales meeting with sales executives to review daily performance
Coaching sales executive on-the-job during market visits
Identify sales opportunities
Identifying selling opportunities through Qatar area mapping
Ensuring that sales executives are allocated geographical area of operation by the SA partner
Ensuring that monthly plan is in place to target households & necessary permission is in place for activities
Ensuring healthy ROI for the channel partner
Ensuring that the monthly claims of channel partners are settled in time from the Client
Ensuring that necessary check mechanisms are put in place by SA partner management for good quality acquisition.
Ensuring that SA partner organization set up is robust & processes are in place
المهارات
Core Competencies & Skills
Minimum 3 years of IT & Communication sales experience.
Preferably (not mandatory) experience in handling SA channel partners or handling door to door sales workforce.
Self-starter with ability to lead & manage a team fairly independently
Target oriented, can-do attitude & strong execution skills.
Must have Qatari Driving License
Bilingual candidates will have an added advantage
