Maintain monthly Human Resource records related to payroll, vacation, disciplinary actions etc. - Responsible to coordinate with Head Office for Mobilization & Demobilization of manpower as per the project requirements. - Maintain up to date manpower headcount and send periodic reports to H.O. - Responsible for all manpower related issues at project site - Responsible for coordinating with head office for employee travel tickets, medical insurance, renewal of work permits, Exit /Re Entry Visas. - Responsible for all payroll activities such as sending time cards to H. O. and disbursement of payroll at site. - Conduct orientation/induction of all new employees in accordance with personnel policies & procedures. - Advise management of employee issues that affect morale and work efficiency. - Perform other Human Resources related duties as directed by the H.O. Human Resource Dept./Project Manager - Enhance employee welfare in close coordination with Camp Manager and site Medical Clinic. - Effective conflict resolution and preparing investigation reports. Skills - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resource management or equivalent. - Mature non management, negotiations and conflict resolution skills to effectively control potentially negative situations calmly. - Effective verbal and written communication skills to deal with a multinational workforce where the predominant languages are Hindi & Urdu. - Able to effectively and independently manage multiple tasks and work under pressure with strongest deadlines. - Proficient in Word, Excel, and HRMS systems (preference to those with ORACLE). - Strong analytical skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. - Exposure to work in a multicultural environment. - Previous work experience in the construction industry and in GCC will be a distinct advantage. |
