Project Manager (HVAC)

The candidate should be a degree holder in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 12-15 yrs experience in HVAC / Electro-mechanical company(ies).He should be able to create and execute project work plans within stipulated time and budget, identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities of his team members, manage day-to-day operational aspect of a project and scope, review deliverables prepared by team before passing to Client, effectively apply methodology and enforce project standards, quality assurance and risk management procedures, ensure project documentation done in a systematic manner, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collection, manage sub-contractors, follow up with Client on all relevant issues, analyze project profitability, effective communication and reporting with the Client/Consultant and the Senior Management within organisations.
