Provides effective management and strategic leadership to the company’s TA Department.
You are responsible to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the organization, develop a talent team.
Focuses on ensuring that the strategic vision and processes for talent acquisition, recruitment and retention are in alignment to meet and exceed business performance goals.
Drives a metrics-based process of continuous improvement and innovative agility to meet the demands of a growing and developing organization.
Engages as a member of the organization’s senior leadership committee to partner and drive talent acquisition, strategic growth, associate retention, and overall business performance.
Manage the TA Department and provide support and guidance to meet staffing needs in a timely and quality manner with cost efficiency.
Discuss manpower requirements with Management to prepare and implement recruitment processes.
Manage and maximize Recruitment budget and resources to meet staffing needs, expenditures and processes in a more efficient way. Leverage relationships, identify and attract top talent to our key business areas.
Complete talent acquisition requirements and fill all hiring needs.
Lead the talent acquisition process to ensure that new associate Retention meets or exceeds required performance goals.

Develop and lead a strategy to support recruiting efforts.
Develop strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support current needs, as well as the future growth of the business.
Support and manage working relationships with vendors and external business partners to facilitate the generation of high quality candidates, pre-screening services, and talent acquisition.
Ensure effective and consistent hiring practices across the business areas, and train senior level staff as needed.
Build disruptive recruitment strategy to attract candidates from outside the industry into leadership and associate positions.
Assist in the maintenance and implementation of recruitment processes and procedures.
Assist in providing regular reports to Management and the Recruitment team on key recruiting metrics such as new hires, recruiting cycle time, offer-to-acceptance ratio, etc.
Partner with the corporate Recruitment team to represent the regional talent acquisition requirements and processes at a corporate level.
Partner with TA and Operations departments to effectively manage on-boarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are successfully acclimated.
Collaborate with Corporate Operations and TA Recruitment teams to participate in global initiatives and recruiting efforts to share information and resources to effectively attract quality applicants.
Monitors candidate quality and sources across the team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of quality talent.
Holds sourcing team accountable to key metrics such as candidate experience, quality of pipeline, quality of slate, and time to slate.
Conduct structured business needs discussions with hiring managers before candidate search commences, identifying the key role and candidate requirements, and agreeing the sourcing and selection strategy.
Proactively search for, identify, network with and directly contact active and passive job seekers, both internally and externally, and specific vacancies, sourcing the very best candidates using a variety of channels that are aligned to and effectively communicate the employer.
Coaches sourcing team to identify sourcing strategies for the business they are supporting.
Design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs and generate diverse pools of applicants whilst closely controlling cost bases.
Define and lead talent acquisition, sourcing and hiring/staffing requirements and partner closely with Operations, Finance, and Management ensuring effective selection, hiring and controlled compensation management.
Manage effective utilization of applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
Knowledge, understanding, compliance, and enforcement of all Local laws and regulations.
Responsible for respective department’s overall performance and for motivating team to exceed department goals and objectives.
Performance coaching, scorecards, development plans, and agent administration must be accurate and executed in a timely manner for the TA Department.
You will screen application forms, shortlist applicants, devise and implement selection processes, conduct interviews, psychometric tests and personality questionnaires and various group activities.
You’ll train staff in interviewing techniques, help to relocate staff to new departments and jobs due to restructuring.
Advising on correct recruitment methods.
Review recruitment agencies and send to Management for approval.
Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
Reviews employment contracts.
Manage the recruitment records.
Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions.
Develop, lead and execute common, consistent and accurate performance and metrics reporting for the business to contribute to the site-wide balanced scorecard and dashboard (weekly/monthly/annually).
Develop strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support current needs, as well as the future growth of the business.
Assists Talent Acquisition team in negotiating contracts with external temporary and supplemental service providers and monitors contract terms and conditions compliance and service quality.
Provide a full consultative service to line managers with regards to the recruitment industry and market trends.
Works with on succession planning and to create a strategy for training and development.
Gain commitment, alignment and engagements in COMPANY’s Mission, Vision and Values.
Performs other duties and responsibilities in your department of responsibility as required for smooth and efficient operation.
