Focus on the preparation of tenders and proposals to support the Facilities Management Department, including the following:
• Managing multiple disciplines and services and departments – warehouse/inventory/transport/procurement/HR/Quality/maintenance (Roads & Grounds; Building & Facilities; Mobile Equipment).
• Must have Airport Experience – specifically Maintenance/Safety/Quality related.
• Accurately and timeously preparation of reports.
• Meticulous record keeping (in writing) of all work performed in order to ensure financial claim can be made.
• Ensure the contractual agreements are adhered too – including technical/commercial terms and conditions.
• Negotiate with subcontractors for 3rd party services as needed.
• Must have experience with regards to CAFM (Maximo) – workflow/service tickets/query resolutions etc.
• Assist in providing high levels of service, thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support activities within the company to ensure commitments to customers are kept.
• Regularly obtain the latest prices for costing purposes from all the companies and departments as well as the Group’s preferred supplier – as and when needed.
• Demonstrate optimal man power and accurate equipment planning for various tasks as needed.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent command of the English language – written and verbal.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Demonstrate excellent record keeping and attention to detail.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good telephone and email etiquette needed.
• Strong sense of urgency – must meet deadlines consistently.
• Demonstrate self-development and a drive towards continuous improvement.
• Adhere to company and departments rules and regulations and standards.
• Assist in meeting the department/company’s goals/targets.
• Financial control (profit & loss) responsibility for the project.
• Managing equipment/people/customers and other 3rd party relationships.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Civil Engineering Degree with at least 15 years in Facilities Management.
Preferred Skills:
Must be experienced in Microsoft Word & Excel & Power-point & MS Projects.
Must be fluent in English – Reading/Writing/Speaking. Optional – Arabic.
Clean understanding of Health & Safety and Quality Systems an advantage.
