The Organization:
Our client is a rehabilitation and long-term care provider, with facilities in UAE and now opening their first clinic in Saudi. They provide multidisciplinary and intensive rehabilitation for individuals suffering from neurological problems in subacute, post-acute and long-term care settings.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Our client is hiring a Director Business Operations to provide leadership and oversight for clinic operations in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This role will also be responsible for setting expectations in the areas of quality treatment, service access, utilization, finance, productivity, and operational excellence initiatives.

Support the consistent implementation of processes to ensure the efficient and cost effective operations of new and existing clinic sites while meeting organizational strategic and financial goals;
Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to foster loyalty and respect from employees and ensure quality treatment for clients;
Manage clinic productivity levels for alignment with quality treatment as well as clinic profitability;
Work as an effective team member with other managers to share information on guidelines and processes for quality improvement.

Demonstrated ability to attend to details, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks independently;
Excellent interpersonal communication
Great customer service skills;
Excellent business acumen and organizational skills

Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master degree in business administration or relevant discipline;
Proven experience in healthcare industry;
Proven experience with business development;
