Summary:
Sales analyst is responsible for collections, evaluation of sales data and predicting sales trends in order to help Company to optimize its sales promotional strategies with an objective to increase sales productivity.
Responsibilities:
Prepares sales forecasts and collects and analyses data to evaluate current sales goals.
Researches and evaluates current economic conditions that may affect the organization’s ability to sell its products in the marketplace.
Analyse the return on marketing activities
Analyse retail audit reports
Closely studies sales data to determine trends in productivity.
Work with Sales Team by providing them with the necessary information and guidance for short and long-range forecast
Analyse results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas, and general guidance
Develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency
Assists in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for sales team.
Make recommendations on specific sales opportunities to drive growth and profitability in line with Sales objectives.
Suggests adjustments and revisions to promotional strategies to improve sales and profitability.
Develop models and reporting structure that identify costs (by function, process, fixed, variable) and identify a baseline for action
Assists in designing promotional materials
Communicate results to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations
Ensure current and future data and software requirements are met to provide accurate decision support to the business
Leads informational sessions for staff to explain sales trends and new marketing strategies.
المهارات
3-5 years FMCG Sales Analysis background preferably in Food Production Company
Certification in Sales Management/Analysis
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs & other sales related software
Good follow-through skills with a high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Time Management Skills
Effective Team Player
Excellent Group Presentation Skills
Demonstrates proficiency of sales analysis & forecasting
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Ability of analysing complex data sets and using business intelligence tools
Critical thinking skills and strong problem solving abilities
Capable of conducting independent research.
