The marketing manager manages the day to day marketing activities of the organization and long term marketing strategy for the company.
Duties of the Marketing Manager include:
In regards to brand & product marketing:
• Managing all marketing for the company
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
• Preparing & implementing online and print marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
• Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
In regards to franchise marketing:
Gather franchisee candidate leads
Arrange and attend franchise exhibitions to collect franchisee candidate leads
Filter leads and select candidates according to selection criteria
Communicate with selected candidates until franchise agreement is signed
المهارات
Bachelor degree in Marketing
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Confident and dynamic personality
At least 5 years experience in marketing in the F&B;industry
Can speak/write Arabic & English
