Our client is a leading multinational company in Freight Forwarding seeking to a “Strategic Account Manager” for their operations in Dammam - KSA. Position will be reporting to the Sales Director – Projects & Freight Forwarding.

*Ensure all sales process / procedures are followed*Ensure to keep all Key clients requests are sorted out immediately by coordinating with the concerned *Develop and build healthy pipeline of customers to achieve department goals *Act and track progress of strategic customers onto the revenue stream*Create new opportunities to expand existing operations*Provide business reports and data analysis on the Customer opportunities / business leads*Maintain / Update sales data base on a regular basis*Prepare reports as and when required and submit to the management*Maintain relationship with customers / principals / overseas offices*Contribute to prepare department annual budgetConduct analysis to ensure profitability and structure optimal programs and promotions*Gather market information & pass on to respective parties*Communicate effectively in dealing with stake holders (internal and external) and resolve any issues to conduct smooth business transactions*Assist the Sales Director on all special assignments / projects whenever needed*Any other task as assigned by the mgt. from time to time*5 to 7 years of experience in selling Air & Ocean *Freight products, oversized cargo handling preferably from Oil & Gas / Freight Forwarding industry *Bachelor’s degree in any discipline *Good spoken and written English. Arabic speaking would be an added advantage
