الوصف الوظيفي
1. Planning the sales activity and includes participation in the development of goals and the formulation of policies for sale within the company, such as policies for prices, distribution, promotion and communication with the target markets.
2. Organization of sales activities, which include organizing sales efforts through the development of an effective and efficient organizational structure because sales men are the link between the company and its customers.
3. Participate in the selection and recruitment of sales management personnel of companies in terms of analysis and description of the work, and identify the qualifications required and their source.
4. Stimulate sales outlets and identify different incentive methods and constantly search for rewards that stimulate the team’s selling efforts by building and developing an effective compensation system.
5. Direct supervision of the representatives and supervisors and assistant sales manager of the company in terms of achieving the goal of sales and review of the daily sales reports and to verify the validity of the offers submitted and follow-up deliveries.
6. Studying the market needs of items imported from abroad and identifying them, proposing the introduction of new varieties and raising recommendations regarding prices after knowing the market prices in the region.
7. Submit periodic reports on the sales of companies to the Director of Sales Department.

- Bachelor or Master in Marketing or Business Administration
- Have minimum 5 years experience in the same field
