· Create Purchase requests and purchase Orders on SAP system
· Confirm proper and timely delivery of purchases and create GR’s (receiving ) on SAP system
· Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics
· Perform inventory counts; order supplies as needed
· Maintain warehouse and machinery records , ensuring equipment is serviced on time
· Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts; enter relevant data in reports as needed
· Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of equipment and spare parts
المهارات
· Proficiency in computer systems, including ERP, Office, and data entry systems, SAP knowledge will be preferred
· Single
· English language is essential, Arabic is a plus
