General Responsibilities

• Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Receiving and processing warehouse stock products
• Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping high quality standards for audits (based on ISO standard).
• Having a full knowledge about ISO standard of handling the store and the inventory.
• Realization of the concepts of warehouse procedures and its reasons and results.
• Having a full knowledge and experience about the different types of piping, electrical and electromechanical products such as Pipes, Fittings, Valves, Actuators, Flanges and Plates along with all its spare parts and accessories.

Details of Responsibilities precisely
• Counting the goods upon receiving the shipment or upon the delivery time and helping the Inspector to inspect the material for quality purpose.
• Having the full knowledge about the materials and products which we deal with and full ability of recognition the type of material and comparing it with our purchase order given to the supplier as well as supplier’s invoice and packing list.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products and materials (pick, unload, label, store)
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Complete electronic diary logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers with the best behavior and manner.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and motored equipment.
• Follow quality service standards (ISO) and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Making reports about the slow moving items and non-moving items monthly and quarterly.
• Capability of driving forklift based on a license to lift the heavy items.
• Full capability and familiarity of using inventory electronic system (very important point).
• Arranging and organizing the store based on ISO standard.
Requirements
• Proven working experience (Minimum 7 years) as a warehouse specialist in trading company working in the above mentioned fields.
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems.
• Good English language communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods (ISO standards).
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Current forklift license
• Minimum High school degree
• Using always a respectable manner and behavior in the work environment.
• Reliability and dependability (must work all shifts and arrive on time)
