Business Line Manager – Terrestrial Survey (Asset Integrity)

Basic Function

The Business Line Manager (Asset Integrity) would be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.  The incumbent would be well versed in all techno-commercial aspects of the Business Line, be a competent leader and be able to provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner which incorporates the Company’s vision and culture.  The goal will be to ensure the profitability of Business Line and to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
Key Accountabilities:

Define a strategic and operational plan for developing the Business Line in Saudi Arabia;

Deliver the P&L;and projects of the Oil & Gas Infrastructure Service Line, the Land & Property and the Power Service Line, the Mapping and Surveying Service Line in Saudi Arabia;

Ensure optimal deployment of resources;

Define and drive the Quality Assurance programs of the services and products delivered by the Oil & Gas Infrastructure Service Line in Saudi Arabia;

Drive professional and career development of staff within the Business Line;

Support Service / Business Line Managers of other countries in the region as needed/requested.

· Support the (Regional) Tender Team, on strategic tenders.
المهارات

B.Sc. or higher education in Geomatics or Surveying or Survey related education with sufficient associated experience;

Minimum 10+ years of practical experience in the geospatial industry, of which 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry;

Good knowledge of surveying techniques, geodetic theory and computer CAD and GIS systems;

Self-motivated, pro-active, committed and flexible with strong problem-solving skills;

Strong operational management and organization skills;

Willing to travel extensively if necessary and work effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment;

Knowledge of Project Management Areas – project scope management, project time management, project cost management;

Excellent verbal and written skills both internally and with clients;

Industry-specific management knowledge – lifecycle management, product development methodologies.
