• Communications with Vendors, Suppliers to collect quotations and/or materials.
• Communication with procurement engineer and Field Staff to collect the inquiries and to coordinate for deliveries.
• Communications with store keepers and finance for delivery confirmation and invoicing.
• Finding the right suppliers.
• Prepare weekly reports.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
المهارات
• Strong knowledge of all material suppliers and all markets.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Proven experience as purchaser or similar role.
• Analytical Skills: he will be working with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for your company, and will have to evaluate the many pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors.
• Decision-Making Skills: he will need to use the information you have gathered to make decisions on behalf of your company.
• Negotiating Skills: he will be working with suppliers to create the best deals. Negotiating skills will help you create those deals.
• Math Skills: Basic math skills will be needed to analyze prices and get the best deals possible.
