الوصف الوظيفي
• Completes set-ups and operate machinery ( Sawing Machines ,Plasma Cutters , etc )
• Utilize various tools to de-burr, grind and polish the product
• Fit-up and fabrication of pipe spools for welding using Engineering Drawings
• Utilizes precision measuring instruments to inspect piping spools after fabrication
• Adherence to Operator Acceptance Procedures (OAP)
• Assembly of details on parts utilizing various tools
• Contribute to continuous improvement and support 6S initiatives
• Ability to be flexible to support team’s goals (duties, hours, and overtime)
• Willingness to support team concept and learn/perform other duties as required
المهارات
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years pipe fabrication experience
• Perform precise and detailed fabrication work
• Use a variety of hand tools
• Possess a working knowledge of blueprint and schematics interpretation
• Work effectively and professionally with others in a team setting
• Follow and promote safe work practices
• Support lean initiatives
• Communicate effectively with others, both written and verbal
• Willingness to support team concept and learn/perform other duties as required
