الوصف الوظيفي
• Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
• Administer health and life insurance programs (addition/deletion/updates/corrections/claims).
• Administer the company payroll process including validation of input data with line managers such as OT, allowances, lost hours, etc.
• Administer the employee expenses and claims.
• Forecast the hiring needs (full time and contractors) for the company in cooperation with line managers.
• Ensure the recruitment process is conducted smoothly and candidates are onboarded as planned (full time and contractors).
• Process employee inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
• Update employee records (hard copy and on the system).
• Mange employee off-boarding and clearance cycle.
• Conduct labor investigation and ensure results are aligned with the Saudi labor law.
• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
المهارات
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration in any related major (MIS, Marketing, Administration, or HR)
• Min of 4 years of related experience, 2 of which are mainly in payroll function.
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (any system).
• Solid understanding of the Saudi labor law and regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including advanced level knowledge of Excel.
• Proficiency of English Language as second language.
