Have a standby list of active tenants to fill in vacant units for sudden vacancies and ensure avoiding loss of income for shops reported becoming vacant coming from TR team. Prospecting & Identifying potential brands/concepts through a market visit, site survey, magazines. Seeking for new brands that generate a viable and sustainable number of referrals and leads that produces income for the company by effectively prospecting for appropriate Maintaining and establishing a database of retailers in addition to building strategic relationships with potential and existing tenants and keep a network of local, regional and international brands Developing a relationship with all tenants and attracting new brands to their projects. Maintain the level of tenant mix on the property level and optimizing income on the portfolio level. Oversee the development and maintenance of customer database for all departments’ activities including tenants’ details, lease contracts, and vacancy and occupancy data. المهارات Knowledge of leasing or sales activities related to strip malls in the Real estate industry 1 to 5 years of experience in the real estate field Possess a high degree of integrity Excellent negotiation & sales skills Effective Communication skills Analytical skills Ability to work under pressure Influencer and able to work in a fast pace environment تفاصيل الوظيفة |
