Transport Supervisor

Job Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Must have Transferable iqama (if non-saudi)
Experience in handling 100+ Vehicle fleet (Trucks & Trailers)

Responsibilities:
1- Ensure implementation day-to-day activities of transportation.
2- Supervise workloads, schedule, tasks and other related functions.
3- Maintain and manage all databases relating to transportation activities.
4- Ensure compliance of safety standards in transportation functions.
5- Ensure maintenance of vehicles in good running condition.
6- Handle loading and unloading operations.
7- Initiate cost efficiency measures in transportation operations.
8- Build internal and external customer relationships.
9- Manage, supervise and monitor fleet operations.
10- Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries.
11- Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system.
12- Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements.

Skills:
- Excellent geographical knowledge and experience to use
GPS Tracking software’s
- Good people management and coordination skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of the transportation industry.
