Our Client: A leading Manpower Services and Management Company
Your Role: You will be responsible in taking the lead to ensuring a successful Talent Acquisition process is implemented & applied which is in line with the regional strategic recruitment strategies of the company. Aim to develop a robust process and support the HR team. Liaise with purchasing to ensure alignment with company’s terms & conditions and effectively manage the relationship on an ongoing basis. Responsible for the recruitment process of sourcing of candidates, screening profiles, on boarding, visa processing and training. Manage the reporting process for talent acquisition, working with the HR team to collate and analyse the data.
المهارات
Must Have: 4+ years of experience in HR/Manpower Services industry with relevant Bachelors Degree in HR/Business Administration or equivalent. Strong communication skills, adaptable, well-organized and flexible. Sound knowledge of MS Office Applications. Saudi Nationals will be preferred and considered.
