Reporting to (TSD manager)
Responsibilities:
To provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers and projects.
The TSD Engineer supports daily activities from a technical standpoint.
To have the experience and ability diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
Strong communication skills are crucial – The technical supportengineer needs to have the ability to speak to customers on a technical level as well as to senior executives on a non-technical level.
Qualified candidates to have a good understanding and experience of IP CCTV, physical access control systems, networking and IT solutions.
Candidate also to have a proven experience in telecommunication systems such as PTP, radar systems and critical communications infrastructure.
Critical evaluation and analysis of the projects technical deliverables and integration between various systems.
Collaborate with the Technical Support team in providing post-sales support to customers.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering, computer science or equivalent.
Must have at least 4-6years of experience in systems engineering role, preferable technical and on hands skills.
Have a solid network background and certified (CCNA, CCDA…etc.) or equivalent.
Must have excellent written and spoken English
Willing to relocate to Riyadh if needed and flexible to travel on short notice
Project management basics and background is preferable
Other skills:
Self-motivated and focused individual with a passion for technology and an aptitude for customer satisfaction
Self-managed and team player
Have positive attitude and can properly manage time and tasks
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
