Quality Management Senior Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
Performs specified review and monitoring of hospital services.
Establish priorities and develops statistical and other reports as appropriate.
Assists in the identification of issues and areas that require improvement and assists in facilitating the improvement process.
Conduct studies as may be required by services under the direction of the Director of Planning and Quality Management relative to the hospital organization, policies, programs, methods and procedures
Collaborates with designated staff within the organization to foster continuous improvement efforts of care and services.
Assists in providing hospital wide PQM education. Educates multidisciplinary team members to principles of problem solving and the quality improvement process as assigned .
Responsible for developing and updating PQM website; publish up-to date articles and on-line reports.
Coordinate the production of PQM materials including but not limited to; QIPS Newsletter and Booklets.
Develop and maintains knowledge of all JCI, ISO 9000, CBAHI and MOH guidelines relating to quality improvement and patient safety.
Develop and maintains current expertise in quality improvement and statistical analysis tools and activities.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Communicate all pertinent information in a timely manner to the Section Head and the Director of Planning and Quality Management.
Support the hospital and departmental goals and objectives. 
Comply with the standards laid down by the approved international/or national accreditation standards
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
المهارات
Familiar with PQM, Risk Management & Utilization Review activities.
Verbal and written ability both English & Arabic to comprehend and utilize quality management and utilization review techniques.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to set priorities and complete work assignments in self-directed manner.
A high degree of self-motivation. Self-direction and teamwork.
Cope with a demanding workload
