Receive and review inquiries from customer, assigned areas by Sales Manager, and forward to Estimation for preparation of proposals.
Review the proposal received from Estimation in line with inquiry and submit the proposal to customer.
Communicates with customers for follow up on proposals and negotiations until award.
Penetrates new market for generation of new business leads.
Identifies potential projects in the market through Market Intelligence Initiatives to generate more business opportunities for the company.
Coordinates with Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contractors for bidding requirements
Receives and reviews customer sales inquiries to establish clarity on their requirements.
Endorses to Estimation Engineer the customer sales inquiries for preparation of proposals.
Goes on field work to introduce the company and the business to new contractors or potential clients in the market as or when needed.
Follows up from Estimation Engineers the status of the Sales Proposals to meet the target date set.
Reviews thoroughly the proposals including the project’s drawings and specifications
Transmits all the necessary information for estimating in the head office.
Submits to the customer the final proposal / quotation for review and acceptance.
Discusses with the customers the details of the proposals and negotiates with them the prices to ensure higher chance of closing the deal.
المهارات
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
Experiance: Min 4 : Max 6, Fabrication knowledge would be plus
Excellent Communication Skills in English language (oral and written).
High Proficiencies in MS Office Application and other desktop utilities.
In-depth understanding of Engineering Drawings/Blueprints
Negotiation Skills
