Project & Maintenance Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Project Management:
• The incumbent will be responsible for managing projects
• He shall have experience of project management specifically end to end management of Gas Stations projects with renowned OMC.
• The responsibilities will include but not limited to following:
o Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals.
o Determines project scope and reviewing bids from contractors.
o Determines project specifications by studying design, business requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies and preparing cost estimates.
o Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project elements.
o Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving day to day problems.
o Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes an recommending actions.
o Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
o Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
o Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
o Maintains project data base electronically.
o Maintains company reputation by complying with regulations.
o Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Maintenance:
• The incumbent will be responsible for managing preventive, reactive and day to day maintenance of the company’s region wide assets
• He shall have experience of maintenance management in a in an OMC.

HSE:
• The incumbent will be responsible for HSE of the projects during the project phase and during maintenance activities.
• He shall have understanding of working level HSE standards and prudent practices.

المهارات
Education & Certifications:
Bachelors of Engineering (Civil of Mechanical)
Work Experience:
• 5 to 8 Years of overall experience of Project Management in OMC.
