Responsible for:

Directly managing three positions:

· Head of Investment Relations

· Head of Marketing and Communications

· Head of Franchising

which in turn oversee a broader team of 14 positions and three consultancies.

Role overview: 

The primary purpose of this role is to:

· Raise the profile of Reall

· Develop and grow Reall’s enterprise network through the development of a franchising model and capacity building Housing Development Enterprises

· Increase financial investment into the network

Reall is a fast-­‐paced and ambitious international development organization with shifting requirements. We are at a pivotal point in our development, and therefore the successful candidate will be strategic with an entrepreneurial mind-­‐set, adaptable and able to juggle competing and changing priorities.

Key skills and competencies:

Essential:

· Excellent marketing strategy skills with a proven track record of success

· Excellent prospecting, networking, persuasion, negotiation and closing skills

· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (including presentations)

· High level of computer literacy, including word-­‐processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases and the Internet

· Excellent project management, logistics and customer relations skills

· Highly numerate with strong ability in financial analysis, forecasting, project costing, and preparing and monitoring budgets

· Excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills

· Excellent people management skills with a track record of successful team management

· Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels in a wide range of organisations

Desirable:
· Knowledge of the development finance, impact investment and grant-­‐making sectors

· Understanding of the Impact Investment Development sector

· Understanding of the UK housing sector

· Knowledge of built environment development
