الوصف الوظيفي Create and implement effective sales strategies for achievement of corporate sales objectives. Generate leads through primary and secondary research. Develop and execute weekly/monthly visit plans to develop and maintain new/key customers. Establish effective relationships and collaborations with local partner. Develop the sales team and by regular interactions/trainings/meetings. Develop and execute marketing budget in line with corporate goals. Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development and retention of sales and service staff. Proactively identify challenges in the market to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly. Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. المهارات · Should have good analytical/problem solving skills. · Good negotiation skills. · Should have good knowledge about the overhead industrial cranes market and competition. · Good presentation skills. · Experience in key account management. · Should have travelled considerably across KSA industrial belt. · Should have the ability to coordinate across various critical functions. · Must speak/write fluent English · Should be ready to travel extensively in and outside the country · Spoken Arabic will be an added advantage تفاصيل الوظيفة
