SAP HR Support - Super user

الوصف الوظيفي
· Must be strong in Running monthly payroll and setting control record and solving issues during payroll activity.

· Must have strong knowledge on uploading data through LSMW programs.

· Must be strong in Running offcycle workbench for vacation and termination employees.

· Must be strong in calculating End of Service benefits as per labor law.

· Must be strong in running PA40 actions such as New Hire/Rehire, Transfer, Separation etc.

· Must be strong in creating in Organisational units/Positions and maintain their relationship accordingly.

· Must be strong in running Time Evaluation and Quota corrections.

· knowledge of working with Qlikview reports will be advantage.

· Ability to lead team and provide continuous support and training to existing users and advice on continuous enhancement in SAP system.

· Must be effective communicator and should have analytical and problem solving skills.

Experience: Minimum 3+ years on SAP user level
