- Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
- Generate financial and costing reports and statements to Finance Manager for review.
- Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
- Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
- Communicate with Customers and Suppliers and maintain their accounts by reconcile their ledgers.
- Maintain store ledger and store reconciliation.
- Coordinate with ERP officer in developing Oracle based financial reporting/analysis
- In charge for preparing, analyzing Financial reports
- Ensure the proper application of Accounting Standards to the financial reporting
- In charge for compiling all financial projections and forecasts with proper monitoring system.
- Maintain track record of all outstanding issues related to A/R/ A/P with proper follow up system.
- Payroll end of month closure.
- Manage and organize all contracts with 3rd parties and Company documents.
- Report directly to Financial Manager.
المهارات
- Proven experience as Chief Accountant in manufacturing is must.
- Minimum accounting experience for 3 years in similar role.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Supervision skills.
- Management & presentation skills.
- Analyze trends.
- Accounting/bookkeeping..
- Excel software.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Good English speaking and writing.
