الوصف الوظيفي Our client is a rehabilitation and long-term care provider, with facilities in UAE and now their first clinic in Saudi Arabia. They provide multidiscipline medical care and rehabilitation services to adults and children. The facility provides treatment and care for patients requiring short-term comprehensive rehabilitation or inpatient medical treatment for chronic disease management and long-term care. Duties & Responsibilities: They are hiring a Quality Coordinator, responsible for implementing the Quality Management process at their clinical department. Main responsibilities: · To be a team leader when new clinical measurement priorities are identified. Works with the hospital-wide quality department to ensure patient care is documented accurately and appropriately and the documentation meets standards of practice and established criteria; · Participates in performance improvement and Quality Management training; assists in meeting department objectives and goals; completes nursing record reviews, protecting the confidentiality of all information in accordance with department and hospital policies; · Supports performance improvement activities by collecting and analysing information and data that supports patient care. Evaluates outcomes of patient care as required and prepares reports for nursing staff and hospital committees. Tasks: · Performs quality review and reporting; collects, analyses, and oversees clinical data that supports patients’ care; · Monitors and evaluates appropriateness of quality control plans and practices; · Designs, schedules and conducts quality review audits as appropriate to the service; performs or coordinates chart and/or other medical record reviews and records and/or abstracts specific relevant data as appropriate; · Generates and/or coordinates the development of various reports regarding performance against quality indicators, as appropriate ; · Participates in the planning, development, coordination, and presentation of specific training and educational programs as appropriate to the quality assurance needs of the organization; · Collaborates and consults with other associated facilities regarding current quality control issues and activities; · Amends, reviews and approves documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines; · Supports, mentors and work constructively with scientific, medical, nursing and administration staff to develop / improve working practices and systems in compliance with regulatory guidelines; · Supports and mentors clinical staff with day to day activities and contribute to their personal development; · Provides training solutions to educate all staff in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management Systems and Performance Improvement activities; · Identifies project opportunities, contribute to projects and manage compliance related issues in projects as required by the service; · Reviews, approves and manages adverse events, quality incidents and complaints, including reporting to regulatory authorities as required; · Enhances departmental and business efficiency / cost effectiveness; المهارات · Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; · Records maintenance skills; · Knowledge of patient care charts and patient histories; · Knowledge of data collection techniques; · Ability to write reports containing technical information; · Computer literacy & Basic IT skills; · Knowledge of accreditation and certification requirements and standards; · Knowledge of quality control practices and procedures within a hospital, patient care, or registry environment; · Knowledge of nursing theory and practice; · Ability to develop and present educational programs and/or workshops; · Ability to make evaluative judgments; · Ability to investigate and analyse information and to draw conclusion; Education & Qualifications: · Bachelor Degree in Nursing is mandatory; · Master Degree in Nursing, Quality Management or Health Administration is added advantage; · Six years hospital experience as Registered Nurse with two years leadership experience; · Two years’ experience in quality and performance improvement in KSA – with knowledge of JCI and CBAHI; · Eligible for Saudi Licensure and SCFHS Registration; · Currently available in KSA, with transferable Iqama تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/quality-coordinator-4186008/ |
