الوصف الوظيفي - Remove equipment to workshop as appropriate, where detailed diagnosis and investigation can be more readily achieved, dismantling equipment when necessary and replacing faulty parts - Monitor Stock, Place Orders to ensure the availability of spare parts - Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment. - Controlling Yard and workshop facility - Pre Delivery Inspection to ensure 100% ready equipment is being delivered - Provide a service to customers by giving advice by the telephone and/or by visiting the equipment in site. - Work out regular maintenance schedules for each piece of equipment and carry out the work - Assigning technicians/team to do Installation, Commissioning and Filed Service - Controlling other support-assets (vehicles/Forklifts…. etc.) - Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs; - Observe safe working practices to comply with the requirements of Health and Safety legislation. - General administration for personnel and record keeping - Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintained - Response to emergency breakdowns as they occur. - Request Supplies, Materials, and Repair parts - Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques. - Write Warranty Claims and Maintain Tracking المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/service-supervisor-4191012/ |
