Guarantee compliance with the quality standards and procedures
Participate in the decision making process for corrective and preventive actions within Production Department
Planning, monitoring, and evaluate job results; coaching and leaing teams
Manage KPI’s related to the production line
Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.
Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are implemented and followed within Production
Monitors quality of incoming raw materials and finished products
Managing process and material flows, and work to maximize utilization of equipment
Help develop, update and maintain procedures and documentation for all Quality & Management Systems
Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.
Host audits within the sector and implement corrective actions in case of deviation
Handles the roles and responsibilities of Health and Safety Executive (HSE compliance, objectives and training)
Identify risks and hazards arising from projects and activities.
Prepare and implement identified control measures.
