Accompany regularly all production processes in the different areas within the production site
Participate on the development of new products with the competent areas providing support and participating on the performance of tests, from the concept until packing of the product
Be involved in lay-out projects, changes and alterations
Define processes’ critical control points and suggest improvements
Accompany technical delegations in the production site
Keep a constant supervision on processes descriptions and its adherence with current practices in use
Seek constant technical improvement and technology transfer from and to production sites
Monitor constantly microbiological and chemical results of the products by understanding lab results and promoting guidance for correction of any deviation detected
Provide technical guidance on the use of any chemical, whether for product conservation, cleaning/disinfection of facilities, pest controls, etc
Promote agreement amongst internal and external clients on definitions/adjustments of quality specifications
Take responsibilities for preparing and developing technical and guidance lectures for different levels of the company
Develop and follow up tests for new chemicals available in the market used for SSOPs.
Promote the implementation and follow up the fully execution of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) Plan
Establish technical contacts and agreements with official entities
Participate on the preparation of any technical response for requests and questions of internal and external clients
Provide assistance on developing of suppliers
Validate processes’ descriptions, and issuance of guidance for training on technical and operational procedures
Provide guidance, follow up, assessment and promotion of improvements on technical audits of the process
Get all necessary approval from Food Authorities for the factory
Block the finished product & Raw Material in case of any non-Conforming situation
Lead the HACCP Team & Conduct HACCP Team Meetings;
Discuss food safety issues
Get all necessary certification required by client, Authority like HACCP, ISO , SFDA etc
Implement the HSE policy and Golden roles with in the departmental activities.
Attend all clients, certification bodies and authorities audits and inspections and ensure adherence to the standard in question
Attend all customers/consumers complaints and feedbacks and set effective corrective actions

Factors that may interfere in meat quality and its microbiological and chemical transformations during slaughtering and processing
Working of different chemicals used on site
Writing and issuing of technical reports
Assessment and interpretation of statistical reports
Quality Standards of all products
Basic HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Food Microbiology and Biochemistry
Understanding of microbiology and processing & cold storage facilities
Full understanding of whole production processes
Informatics: Windows, Excel, Word
English speaking, reading and writing
