الوصف الوظيفي المهارات Ø Actively participating in creating the annual and monthly sales plan. Ø Market /customer/competitor observation/analysis to establish planning Ø Establish weekly activity plan. Ø Monthly review of sales progress at SBU, customers and product level. Ø Customer Relationship Management Ø Execute surveys, prepare offers, present advantages/benefits and completed product (if is the case) and get the order Ø Regular customer visits to build long-term relationships. Ø Investigate new application areas and carry on the optimization of existing processes. Ø Visit and develop new prospects Ø Manage the sales approach at all customer’s levels, including top management.
