Training and personal qualification for factory employees on the approved rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Ensure a high level of cooperation and integration with the Audit and Control Department in relation to auditing the application of regulations and procedures and continuous correction.
Ensure the development of KSAs, whether on the personal or the factory level, through the development of work knowledge and on-the-job training to improve operational skills and confront and challenge unwanted behaviors and challenges.
Ensure second grade building in factories by building and providing every critical technical job alternative.
Ensuring the preservation of the company's reputation from its workplace and improving the mental image of the company, both with the various external parties and among the company’s employees.

Research and design electronic equipment and systems. Advise on technological aspects of materials. Oversee production, installation and maintenance activities.
