Ensuring the achievement of the organizational structure and institutionalization of work in factories and cooperation in achieving the same requirement at the company level through the following:
Training and personal qualification and for factory employees on the approved regulations, systems, policies and procedures.

Ensuring effectiveness in his work and the work of factory employees (ability to set priorities: A - B - C etc.) and personal efficiency and efficiency of factory employees (time of delivery of work, effort and cost) in carrying out all the following tasks and technical files assigned to him:

Ensure that the necessary data on the cost of production is provided to the concerned departments and the modifications that may occur to them to achieve the approved goals for production pvc & cpvc
Performing any tasks or responsibilities assigned to him by the senior management or his line manager.
