Ensuring the achievement of the organizational structure and institutionalization of work in factories and cooperation in achieving the same requirement at the company level through the following:
Training and personal qualification and for factory employees on the approved regulations, systems, policies and procedures.

Ensure that plans are established and follow up for loading materials onto production lines and measure the implementation of these plans.
Ensure that the necessary data on the cost of production is provided to the concerned departments and the modifications that may occur to them to achieve the approved goals for production pvc & cpvc
Performing any tasks or responsibilities assigned to him by the senior management or his line manager.
